We met Ralph Bousfield years ago on a visit to Botswana. We have many stories to tell about visits through the years. Those will come.... but if you want to learn about a different African experience... one that will take you to the Kalahari and get you in touch with the land and its people and wildlife, visit Ralph and Catherine's site at Uncharted Africa. The Jaguar Ecological Reserve is where we went. Accommodations are pleasant and rustic, the welcome is warm, the food is good, and Eduardo will make every effort to show you the birds and wildlife of the area. 
We met the Cheesemans as members of the Audubon Society over 20 years ago. Cheesemans' Ecology Safaris will give you an in depth wildlife tour to any continent other than Europe. Be prepared for lots of enthusiasm and adventure. We're still trying to contact some of our other travel friends to see if they want us to include them in our links to friends. When you find special people and places, it's fun to share that joy with others.
